Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified Sales and Business Development Executive with at least two years experience to develop our activity. Ideally he/she should have experience in selling new technologies (office automation, programas publishing,etc...) to decision-makers (CEOs, HR directors, chief financial officers), or in HR services (recruitment, outsourcing, job boards, IT consulting, etc...) and already live in Bangalore (India).Key responsibilities:? Prospecting for new clients within a defined sales area? Identifying decision-makers and defining their needs? Offering clients well-adapted solutions? Establishing reasoned sales proposals? Conducting negotiations and closing deals? Ensuring reporting of the sales? Responsible for attainment of quota on monthly and yearly basis.? Updating of CRM? 10-20% of Travel to meet clientsRequirements:? Diploma/Degree in Sales or Business related subject? Three years & above experience in Sales? Perfectly fluent in English (written and spoken)? Excellent verbal and written communication? Proven aptitude for business? Autonomous, responsible and ambitious personAdditional information:Workplace in Bangalore (India)Position has to be filled as soon as possible
