Innovays has team members from all walks of life and believe that degrees and experience in Sales as well as other areas can benefit our company.Desired Candidate Profile - Experience in Call center/ BPO/ Banking - Preferably candidates who have experience in sales for international market.- Excellent spoken and written communication skills. - Ability to quickly understand the customers business and offer solutions.- Be a self starter who is able to work within a team environment and independently.- Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans.Job Description 1) The candidate has to be mature and have a hunger for growth.2) Business Development for US market/Hard core B2B Sales .Responsible for selling an online marketing solutions to USA and Canada large enterprises.3) The candidate will be expected to do new client acquisition through lead generation, follow up, negotiations of terms and conditions which will lead to the signing of contracts.4) Aggressively making calls to prospective corporate clients.(Calling 20 - 30 prospects everyday)5) Capable of understanding decision making and influencing factors and thus identify strategic and tactical opportunities for sales6) Make presentations to clients and close sales.7) Expertise to convert the prospects to close the deal.8) Build good relationships with potential and existing clients.9) Follow up and closure to convert the prospects into long-term clientsSkills required:- Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Positioning, People Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Client Relationships, Creative Services.Take this opportunity to invite all of you to start your career in Business Development environment.
